This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes.   2. The services of Sun Holidays are made available to you on the following terms which apply to the whole or any part of the site:
  3. The site is for your personal use only.
  4. You may not reproduce or make available the site except for downloading on to a single CPU and viewing for private use only.
  5. You may not, except with our express prior written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the site.
  6. All other rights are reserved to Sun Holidays .
  7. Any infringement of Sun Holidays will result in legal action.

Use of the Platform

  1. As a condition of your use of our Platform, you warrant that:
  2. you are at least 18 years of age;
  3. you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
  4. you will use the Platform in accordance with these Terms;
  5. you will only use this Platform for your private use to search for legitimate flight, visa, hotel deals;
  6. If you use the Platform on behalf of someone else, you will inform them about the Terms that apply to any searches and/or bookings you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;
  7. All information supplied by you to our Platform is true, accurate, current and complete; and
  8. If you have a Sun Holidays account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than yo

General Term and Conditions

  1. 1. The 'day of travel' depends on the flight / bus / train / ship schedule.
  2. 2. In case of package tour, the date of travel should be fixed at least 03 (three) weeks (twenty-one days) in advance.
  3. 3. In case of Eid, Puja, Christmas, New Year or special holiday, the minimum 01 (one) month 15 (fifteen) days or 02 (two) months before the date of travel should be fixed.
  4. 4. Sun Holidays does not guarantee a visa for anyone, even if the visa is issued by the embassy. In case of refusal, visa fee and service charge are non-refundable.
  5. 5. Visa processing may require a minimum of 07 (seven) to 45 (forty-five) working days or more, in which case the Sun Holidays Authority may not be pressured for visa delivery. Sun Holidays is not responsible for visa delays by the embassy.
  6. 6. Visa revocation is specified by the Embassy through the application form which you can apply.
  7. 7. Sun Holidays does not support advance ticket purchases prior to visa. If someone buys a ticket before the visa is issued and if the visa is not issued, then all the responsibility has to be borne by the customer.
  8. 8. You can collect your passport by providing due amount and original copy money receipt.
  9. 9. No forged or fake documents are acceptable.
  10. 10. Sun Holidays will not be liable for any delay / cancellation of flight / bus / train / ship. But the customer will get his money back according to the law of the company.
  11. 11. Tickets and hotel vouchers will be issued 03 (three) to 08 (seven) days before the trip after the total payment has been made.
  12. 12. You have to pay the full amount of the package 10 (ten) to 21 (twenty-one) days before the trip. Otherwise the booked hotel will be deemed cancelled and travel with hotel booking will have to be confirmed subject to subsequent additional payment.
  13. 13. Air tickets and package prices on package tours to various European countries including Maldives, Sri Lanka have to be paid at once, which is non-refundable.
  14. 14. Additional fares will apply due to dollar exchange / increase in fuel oil or gas or air ticket prices.
  15. 15. In case of change of date of purchased ticket, the customer has to pay extra for the change of date, difference of fair and service charge.
  16. 16. No date change or cancelation of tour over phone call.
  17. 17. In case of change of travel date or tour plan after booking package, minimum service charge of BDT. 2,500 / - (two thousand five hundred) per person or more depending on the package has to be paid. Booking cancellation charges for different hotels will also have to be paid at least 25% or more of the total package price.
  18. 18. In case of Eid, Puja, Christmas, New Year or special holidays, additional surcharge with increased price will have to be paid due to increase in fares of any hotel, plane, bus, train and ship.
  19. 19. If the official travel tax increases, the traveller will have to bear that amount.
  20. 20. 72 to 96 hours are applicable for residential hotel reservations but if the scheduled hotel is not available, Sun Holidays has right to change residential hotel.
  21. 21. Original copy of payment and receipt must be kept. Sun Holidays Holiday reserves the full power to change and cancel any package.
  22. 22. Hotel rooms in packages are always standard. However, extra money will be applicable in case of specific room choice. Such as- Deluxe Super Deluxe, Suite etc.
  23. 23. Any natural disasters and political disturbances or transportation reduce, change or cancel tour days due to mechanical faults, the authorities will not be responsible for spending extra nights and all the cost has to be borne by the esteemed tourist.
  24. 24. If illegal goods are found in the possession of a tourist during the scheduled time of the package tour and a police complication is created, the tour of that person will be cancelled and Sun Holidays Holiday will not bear any responsibility and the price of the package is non-refundable.
  25. 25. No alcohol or intoxicants are allowed on the tour. No anti-social activities can be done. 26 in this kind of work. If proven, the tour will be cancel with the consent of all members of the tour will be and travel expenses are non-refundable.
  26. 26. Sun Holidays authorities are not responsible for the front or rear seats when receiving flight / bus / train / ship tickets.
  27. 27. In case of group tour, the one who pays the full price in advance will be able to choose the seat of international bus.
  28. 28. In case of internal tour, the one who will sit in front today will sit 01 (one) step behind the next day. In this way the seats will be changed in turn.
  29. 29. In case of private or group tours, all the tourists must be present with mentioned time otherwise if anyone miss anything the authority will not be liable.
  30. 30. If one or more members are reduced or increased after the package price has been fixed on the designated member, then the package price may increase.
  31. 31. Choose package services and hotels according to your ability and affordability and find out about the quality of the hotel from the website. No objection is accepted while traveling.
  32. 32. On the way from Kolkata to Delhi can be either Rajdhani or Duronto.
  33. 33. In case of hilly areas, AC will not run in any vehicle.
  34. 34. Extra packets of food for your own needs or for breakfast cannot be collected in bags.
  35. 35. The hotel will provide filtered water for meals. No mineral water will be provided.
  36. 36. In case of traveling in hilly areas, any standard hotel in those areas will have lunch or dinner arrangements, in which case some time may be required for management.
  37. 37. Meals are not provided in Budget Category / Domestic Air Travel.
  38. 38. In case of group tour, if any food is taken outside the specific food, price has to be provided by the tourist.
  39. 39. No date change, cancellation or money refund will be provided for online hotel or tour package booking.
  40. 40. There will be no change. However, if you want to pay any extra money for the tour, you have to pay with the permission of Sun Holidays Holiday. Otherwise, Sun Holidays will not be held responsible.
  41. 41. In Budget Category / Domestic Air Travel, handbags must be small bags weighing a maximum of 07 (seven) kg. The customer will have to bear the charge for the extra bag if required.
  42. 42. Sun Holidays will not pay for any tips or bounties.
  43. 43. If you have a travel problem, you must report it to Sun Holidays ' local agent or directly to Sun Holidays authorities. Otherwise, no complaint will be accepted.
  44. 44. In case of 'Receipt' at Bus / Train / Ship / Aircraft Terminal, if it does not arrive on time due to transport delay, it should be reported to the Sun Holidays Authority in advance. In that case Sun Holidays Authority will try to wait 1 (one) hour more than the time of receipt. Otherwise guest have to go directly to the hotel on duty.
  45. 45. Before booking any package, you have to understand inclusion and exclusion, after the booking you cannot claim anything else.
  46. 46. When it comes to air tickets, be sure to include your name, where you are going (destination) and the date. Before leaving the office, make sure that the ticket is valid. Subsequent complaints are not admissible.
  47. 47. In case of tour by plane you must arrive at the airport 03 (three) hours before the flight and in case of bus you must reach the terminal 30 (thirty) minutes before.
  48. 48. If you encounter any problems during the tour, you must notify the Sun Holidays Authority during the tour. No complaints are accepted after the tour is over.
  49. 49. Embassy Fee, Border Fee, Entry fee must be borne by the traveller if it is not mentioned in package.
  50. 50. Money or passport must be kept with you when returning the money. No passport or money will be returned without money receipt.
  51. 51. If you want to take a single room in the hotel, the package price may increase.
  52. 52. Sharing one room is not possible without the legitimacy of the relationship.
  53. 53. Sun Holidays authorities are not responsible if the goods are lost due to your negligence.
  54. 54. You have to be friendly with everyone in the group on the group tour.
  55. 55. Documents required for immigration (NOC, GO) Original and photocopy must be kept with.
  56. 56. While traveling keep Confirmation Letter, Passport, Ticket etc. to solve any danger or problem.
  57. 57. Learn and obey the laws of the country you travel to.
  58. 58. Provide your mobile phone number to the Sun Holidays Authority in package booking as you may need to be contacted by Sun Holidays in case of any emergency. Inform the Sun Holidays Authority if the number is lost for any reason.
  59. 59. Save the Tour Confirmation Letter and Ticket at your own risk.
  60. 60. Breakfast is provided by the hotel authorities in three-star quality hotels. From 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. / 9:30 p.m. If you have to leave the hotel at 5:00 am or 6:00 am due to bus / train / ship / plane for a tour, Sun Holidays will not be responsible for not having breakfast.
  61. 61. Internationally, hotel check-in time starts at 12 noon and check-out time at 11.30 am. However, in some countries, hotel check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11:30 am (for example, Singapore, Malaysia and some European countries). If the plane arrives in the morning or in the morning, you will have to sit in the hotel lobby until check-in time in all those countries. Similarly if your bus or flight return in evening or night you have to check out between 11:30am to 12:00pm from the hotel.
  62. 62. If you miss any connecting flight we are not liable.
  63. 63. Most Airlines tickets are 100% non-refundable, non-changeable, and can’t be reissue after travel date but in this case Airlines rules will be followed. In certain cases, where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveller on the same airline. Usually the credit issued by the airline supplier has a specific expiration date, after which it cannot be used. We encourage you to discuss additional restrictions attached to your credit with a customer service agent. In addition to airlines rule and policy Sun Holidays Holiday will impose a service charge which may vary case to case. BDT 100 will be charged as service charge in addition to airlines fees for Date Change, Flight Cancel, Re-Issue Baggage Add. in Bangladesh Domestic Sector. BDT 300 will be charged as service charge in addition to airlines fees for Date Change, Flight Cancel, Re-Issue, Baggage Add. in International Flight Sector.
  64. 64. Clients can book tickets all over the world using our state-of-the-art app and website. The client can use any local or international debit or credit card to pay for the flight after booking from the Website or App.
  65. 65. The refund amount will be disbursed after deducting the Sun Holidays Holiday service fee. Please note that it takes a minimum of 10-12 bank working weeks to complete the refund process. This is not applicable for non-refundable tickets. Sun Holidays convenience fee is non-refundable for online purchases. In case of cancellation of Bangladesh Biman Airlines flight, the refund will be processed within a minimum of 12 bank working weeks as per airlines policy.
  66. 66. For cancellation by Airlines (International), Sun Holidays will not charge any additional fees. For cancellation by Airlines (Domestic), Sun Holidays will not charge any additional fees.
  67. 67. For cancellation and refund, we always follow the airline's refund policy. The airline solely holds the right to change any policy. Sun Holidays has no control over the airline's policy. If airlines increase the fare of a ticket during the booking period, a client has to pay the additional amount, else we will refund the paid amount.
  68. 68. The refund for Saudia Airlines flights will be processed within a minimum of 12 bank working weeks as per airlines policy. In the case of Air India half portion flight refund, the refund will be processed within a minimum of 12 bank working weeks as per airlines policy. In case of changing the date of your flight, we first look into that particular airline's policy.
  69. 69. In case of date change/re-issue of the ticket for a child who will be crossing the child age to adult (as per airline policy) in the new travel date, a new charge of the ticket will be the difference of airfare, plus a date change fee of an adult along with any other charges applicable as per airline policy. International check-in counters close 1.30 hours before flight time & domestic counters close 1 hour before the flight time. If any airlines withdraw their business we are not liable or responsible if you have purchased ticket from the Sun Holidays or This Website hence we will try our best to support you.
  70. 70. If your itinerary includes flights operated by more than one airline, please read carefully each such airline's terms and conditions, which can be found on each such airline's website. Each such airline will have its own restrictions, rules and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a Customer to make changes to the other flight, the Customer may be responsible for any fees or ticket cost incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight. Such airlines may charge their own fees for changes, refunds, or if exchanges are requested. You are responsible for complying with each airline's terms and conditions, which may differ (for example, check-in times and limits on baggage size/weight). It is advisable you print your outbound and return portions of your e-ticket confirmation for all flights prior to travelling. You may be asked for proof of your return ticket at check-in.
  71. 71. For Air Ticket, you have agreed to your corresponding Airlines Terms & Conditions.
  72. 72. For Hotel Reservation, you have agreed to your corresponding Hotel Terms & Condition.
  73. 73. For Visa related issue, you have agreed to every restriction/policy/mandatory travel guideline provided by corresponding country.
  74. 74. Price, Service Charge can be changed at any time.
  75. 75. You have agreed that if any kind of issue arise that have relationship with Sun Holidays or this website, we Sun Holidays or this website owner will solve the issue if possible. In that case additional service charge may applicable and it will vary case to case.

  77. 77. We may change the site and these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these Terms. Unless otherwise specified herein, all changes to these Terms apply to all users, including those enrolled before the date the changes take effect. Furthermore, we may terminate this agreement with you under these Terms at any time by notifying you in writing (including by email) and/or, if you are a registered user, by cancelling your account and your access to your account.
  78. 78. If there is any special software or cookies on the seller's website, the buyer should be informed in advance.
  79. 79.  As per the Guidelines, digital commerce platforms are required to obtain prior permission of the buyer in case of obtaining any personal data by providing the reason for which the data is being obtained, where it shall be preserved, how it shall be processed and the purposes for which it shall be used. This may be done by including a "check-box” of the Terms and Conditions during checkout in the website.

Other Terms & Conditions

Passports & Visas

All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and most of the countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport. When assisting with an international travel booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid Bangladeshi passport. If this is not the case, you must let us know. It is important to ensure you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility (except to the extent caused by fault on our part). If you need more information regarding visas, passports and other travel document requirements for your trip, please contact your Travel Manager.

Hotel

The Platform is a hotel search engine that provides users with comparisons for different offers for hotel rooms. Sun Holidays does not provide, own or control any of the hotel services and products that you can access through our Platform. You have agreed that Hotel rate may change at any time, their service may not up to standard and also Sun Holidays or Website Owner is not liable for any damage, loss or anything else.

Seating and Meal Preferences

Seating and meal preference requests are not guaranteed by airlines and may be changed without notice. Your preferences are maintained via your membership details with the specific airline. Please ensure your preferences are up to date to ensure reward points, seating and meal requirements are current.

Airport Security and Carry-on Baggage on International Flights

Airlines and Country Airport term and conditions will be applied. You have to cross check by yourself about this issue. Sun Holidays or this Website Owner is not liable for that.

Prohibited Activities

Services offered to you through our website or any of our representatives, are only applicable for personal and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to sell, resell, copy, or reproduce any services obtained by us unless you have a B2B partnership with us.

You are also agreeing not to:

  • Make any false or fraudulent reservation.
  • Copy any part of this website without proper permission.
  • You are prohibited to search same things again and again within short time, in this case your Agent ID or Customer ID can be banned without prior notice.
If Sun Holidays finds any suspicious, or fraudulent booking, booked under a false name, we reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately and block the email, phone number that is associated with that particular account from our website. Sun Holidays reserves the right to take legal action if needed, in case of any fraudulent activity. If you think your account has been blocked by any mistake, we request you to contact our customer service with proper verifiable documents.

Ticket Delivery

Most tickets are electronic (e-Tickets), however with certain itineraries where an e-Ticket is not available a paper ticket will be issued. If an e-Ticket could not be issued for a particular reservation or if a delivery was being made of another product or service, Sun Holidays will send the paper ticket, product or service through a secure mode of delivery (a reputable carrier company). Sun Holidays does not assume any responsibility for the fault of the delivery company. We will attempt to redeliver but do not provide any guarantees for redelivery on time. If you provide an incorrect address, then you may have to pay excess fees to the delivery company for alteration of the address. If an e-Ticket is generated the ticket information will be available on the Site.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

  1. All credit cards must have a verifiable Bangladesh or other country billing address.
  2. All bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier. For hotels, flight, and vacation packages, bookings are not guaranteed unless you receive a confirmation number by email.
  3. When you submit your credit or debit card for a purchase, we request an authorization for the amount of your anticipated transaction (placing a temporary "hold" on the funds). If for some reason we are unable to confirm your booking, you will not be charged and we will request that such hold be released by your credit or debit card bank; until then, funds subject to the hold will not be available to you for other purposes.
  4. If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will notify you within 72 hours. Simply submitting the credit card does not automatically guarantee ticketing.
  5. Sun Holidays bears no responsibility in the event your credit or debit card is not approved or charged.
  6. There can be many reasons why your credit or debit card may not have been approved or charged. Examples of these maybe: airline could not confirm the booking, fare increased since payment information was submitted and prior to ticketing; or sufficient funds not available on the credit card. In such instances where the fare may have increased, you will be provided with alternate options and you have the right to cancel the booking at no cost to you. When the booking is ticketed at the cost originally quoted to you the ticket becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  7. Sun Holidays uses stringent safety measures for credit card payment processing. Fraudulent transactions, if any, are reported to airport security, airlines and other law enforcement.
  8. You agree to be liable for any and all credit card payments and you agree not to dispute charges after the purchase has been made and your tickets and/or other products have been delivered by email confirmation or have been shipped to you. You agree to reimburse Sun Holidays in cases of charge back or credit card disputes where you have genuinely purchased a service on our website.
  9. Most credit card transactions over the phone to our Customer Service Department are recorded and are available as evidence in case of any dispute.
  10. Online credit card transactions are authorized at the time a user or anyone acting on their behalf accepts these Terms & Conditions and continues with the purchase.
  11. When certain transactions are determined to be high risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team has determined that it's safe to process them. In order to establish validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank.
  12. After the full payment, due to an unforeseen and uncontrollable issue if it is not possible to hand over the product within the stipulated time, the company will notify the customers by phone, SMS, e-mail or other means within 48 hours of the placement of orders. The money has to be refunded in full within a maximum of 72 hours for any delivery failure. Company must not force the clients directly or indirectly to buy any other product in exchange.
  13. If the buyers make the payment in advance through debit and credit cards, bank transfer or mobile banking, the money has to be refunded in full in the same medium the payment was received within a maximum of 10 days for any delivery failure within the stipulated time. In this case, if any charge is applicable, the seller will be responsible to pay for it. The seller will notify the buyers by phone, SMS, e-mail or other means regarding the refund. Moreover, the seller cannot refund more than the amount the buyer has paid earlier. The time line could be relaxed if the buyer fails to receive the product or service in stipulated time.

Credit Card Declines

If your credit card declines at the time of processing your transaction, we will make all efforts to notify you by email within 72 hours. The transaction will not be processed if your credit card has been declined. The fare and any other booking details are not guaranteed. Discount Coupon Code or Promo Codes

  • Sun Holidays may issue certain promo codes which are generally valid for online travel reservations and bookings, though some specific Sun Holidays promo codes may only be used over the phone through our customer service centre.
  • We invite you to sign up for our newsletter to receive promo codes by email.
  • Sun Holidays promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or bartered and hold no cash value.
  • To receive the value of the discount, a valid promo code must be entered in the promo code link on payment page. If the code is not entered the discount cannot be redeemed and has no value. Due to technical problems, if the code is not accepted or a coupon link is not present, you have the right to not purchase the product or service, but in no circumstances will the credit be applied after purchase is made.
  • Sun Holidays promo codes offers may be revised or withdrawn any time without notice, even if other websites are displaying the same offers.
  • For all technical errors there is no recourse except you have the right to not make the purchase.
  • If the offer is withdrawn, the promo code becomes invalid and the Site and system will not accept the promo code when entered. This is final and you have the right at that point to continue with original price or not continue with your purchase.
  • The final price displayed (with or without promo code) will be the amount billed/charged and there will be no credits/discounts applied after purchase for absolutely any reason.
  • Sun Holidays promo codes may not be combined with another offer.
We reserve the right to decline any transaction that may have had an error in promo code value even after the booking is created and booking receipt is issued.

Promo Code Terms

The promo code offer is on our transaction service fees only, Discount varies based on the transaction service fees charged for that ticket or travel reservation, and the value of discount will be up to the amount of the service fees charged for that transaction or the promo code's value per transaction whichever is less. You must use the promo code at check-out to redeem this offer. This offer may be revised or dis-continued without prior notice.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. Travel Insurance is also strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel. Your Travel Manager can provide you with general information about the travel insurance options available to you. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance for your journey. To take out travel insurance through us, please contact your Travel Manager.

Health

You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. proof of Yellow Fever vaccination) may deny you entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical centre or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your travel. For more information, please contact your Travel Manager.

Amendment and Cancellation Fees

Cancelled bookings may incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees and extra charges may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier.

Taxes

Airline taxes are subject to change and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued or re-issued. There may also be a local tax charged at some airports.

Agency

We act as an agent only. We sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, hotel, rail ticket, Bus Ticket and cruise line operators, and as agent for all of our wholesalers. Our obligation to you is to (and you expressly authorise us to) make travel bookings as agent on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. We can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request. Your legal recourse for travel services is against the specific provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, not against us. Specifically, if for any reason (excluding fault on our part), any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise, for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control, force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Our liability will also be limited to the extent that any relevant international conventions limit the amount of compensation which can be claimed for death, injury, or delay to passengers and loss, damage and delay to luggage. Under circumstances where our liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully limited, such liability is limited to the remedies required of us under applicable consumer laws.

Special Requirements

Please liaise with your Travel Manager regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as special meal and seating requests.

Travel Documents:

Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Please review your travel documentation carefully and advise us immediately of any errors in names, dates and timings. You must ensure you have all your travel documents and e-tickets prior to travel. Please let us know if you believe you have not received any required documentation.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information and agree to handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing personal information to us, you agree that our Privacy Policy will apply to how we handle your personal information and you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. In particular, you agree that in certain circumstances (such as where you request us to book international travel for you), we are permitted to disclose your personal information to overseas recipients. Such recipients may include the overseas travel service providers (e.g. airlines, accommodation or tour providers) with whom you make a booking. These travel service providers will in most cases receive your personal information in the country in which they will provide the services to you or in which their business is based. We may also disclose your personal information to our overseas related entities and to service providers who perform services for us within and outside of India. Generally, we will only disclose your personal information to these persons in connection with facilitation of your travel booking and/or to enable the performance of administrative and technical services by them on our behalf. Where we disclose your personal information to any person (including all overseas recipients), you agree that we will not be required to ensure that person’s compliance with Indian privacy laws or otherwise be accountable for how they handle your personal information. When used above, “disclose” includes to transfer, share, send, or otherwise make available or accessible to another person or entity.

Governing Law

If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us, the laws of Bangladesh will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.
